We represented affected members of the National Producers Guild of Uganda (PGU) in a competition matter challenging alleged anti-competitive arrangements between Century Cinemax Limited and the UCC, involving abuse of dominance, exclusive dealing, and market foreclosure in Uganda’s film theatrical exhibition market.
