This representation, we believe, violates the Uganda Communications Commission Advertising Standards, 2019, and the Lotteries and Gaming (Betting) Regulations, 2017, both of which aim to safeguard consumers from deceptive and harmful marketing practices in the betting sector.

In response to our complaint, Chop Gaming Ltd took a proactive stance by agreeing to review its advertising strategies to ensure alignment with acceptable advertising practices. This commitment underscores their willingness to uphold ethical standards and improve their communication approach.
